Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 29, 2025

At Sheina Lifestyle, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when making a return or requesting a refund. By purchasing from Sheina Lifestyle, you agree to the following conditions, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Québec and Canadian consumer laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

In its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


Items returned without authorization or outside the eligible timeframe will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Discounted items greater than 15% off are final sale and cannot be refunded (as required under special discount rules in Québec).

For hygienic reasons, in-ear products (earbuds) cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

If the item was purchased with a discount, the refund will equal the amount paid, not the original price.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. Customers must request a return and place a new order.


5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sheinacustomers@gmail.com with proof (photos or video).

If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:

Defective or damaged products.

Wrong item shipped.


Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Warranties

All Sheina Lifestyle products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in compliance with Canadian law.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.


8. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at sheinacustomers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Wait for approval and detailed instructions.

3. Ship the product back using the method provided.

 

9. Legal Compliance

This policy is drafted in accordance with:

Consumer Protection Act (Québec, RLRQ c P-40.1)

Competition Act (Canada)

Applicable Canadian e-commerce regulations.


Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights as a consumer in Québec and Canada.
