Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your SHEINA product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

How to start a return: Email us at sheinacustomers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

Return shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or defective on arrival: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
